Investigating - As the coronavirus is spreading through Europe, carriers are taking measures to prevent a further outbreak. Most common measures taken by the carriers are:

- reduced to no possibility to pick up packages at service points
- reduced to no possibility to schedule (one-off) pickups
- reduced to no possibility of rerouting packages

Important: During the update the API will not be available.
Please understand, that the announced time represents the maximum time range to execute the planned activities. We will do our best to keep the downtime to a minimum and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The planned downtime (productive environment): Wednesday, August 12, between 9 p.m. and 12 p.m. (CET).
The release contains minor technical optimizations and will introduce the harmonized Label format for Packet Tracked Shipments to Destination Germany. The new format mainly provides a bigger barcode and enables a more reliable machine scannability.
