We have received a message from DHL Germany regarding scheduled maintenance:

On Saturday,25/04/2020 from 8:30 p.m. to Sunday 26/04/2020, 4:30 a.m maintenance work needs to be done made a system update for technical optimization at the backend of DHL shipment tracking.

During this time the DHL shipment tracking (including API) will not be available.
